Terms and Conditions are Given Below:
1– A defective product must be reported to our Customer Care Department within 48 hours of delivery received.
2-All electrical goods have a Warranty of 7 Days from the date of receipt to the customer.
3-During the Warranty period, the product will be Not repaired.
4-Under some circumstances if the product cannot be repaired It will be replaced depending on stock availability at that point in time.
5-Warranty is void if the product is tampered with or repaired Attempted at the customer’s end & prior to receipt at the warehouse.
6-Warranty is void if the product is not used following specific Guidelines as per the manual/instruction booklet.
7-Repair requests are not entertained after the expiration of the Warranty.
8-Cartly.com.pk does not supply any extra attachments.
9-Apart from one supplied in the original product.
10-No loose spare parts will be supplied by Cartly.com.pk during the Warranty Period.
11– Cartly.com.pk is not responsible for the replacement of the product if it is Mishandled due to negligence at the customer’s end & or if damaged during transit.
12-During the Warranty period, Cartly.com.pk will not refund money If a product can be repaired or replaced.
13-For repairs/replacements under Warranty, the product must be delivered to Cartly.com.pk where house by the customer at his or her own cost. Return Charges will be borne By Kart.com.pk under such circumstances.
(Note): in case of returning the product to the company for any reason, 30% charges will be deducted from the actual price mention on the invoice.
